The Looneys are celebrating the 25th anniversary of Fluxx and Looney Labs!
Looney Labs is celebrating this milestone in many different ways, including giving away Tiny Fluxx decks, “unvaulting” some out-of-print classics, playing digital implementations of our games, and giving away a bunch of rare items via raffle tickets earned through social media activities. (You can read all about those opportunities on the Welcome page.)
But we think the most exciting way we are celebrating our first 25 years is with a series of intimate virtual events with our fans that we’ll be running all year long. We expect to run over 100 of these events, and one ticket gets you into as many events as you can squeeze yourself into. We’ll be capping the attendance at each event at around 20, many less than 10, so that each is comfortably small (and everyone fits onto the same Zoom screen). Priority will be given to attendees who’ve been to fewer Jubilee events so far.
These events will include all sorts of activities, ranging from simple gaming sessions with the Looneys, to Q&A sessions, previews of upcoming prototypes, playtesting sessions for said new designs, and the opportunity to play some of Andy’s famous PARSEly game modules.
