More thoughts from our CEO Kristin Looney...

My husband and I started our little game company over 25 years ago, so we have a LOT of products, and a lot of history, and since the start of the pandemic we are deep in the process of rebuilding all of our business processes and procedures. A big part of this is moving into HubSpot, or as we like to call it, our new robot whom we are calling ROSIE aka M.O.M. - which stands for Marketing Opportunity Manager - as Rosie’s job is to organize all of our sales and marketing efforts.

We are excited to hire a full time sales person to join our team, and we absolutely do need someone who is good at sales, but this is not your typical sales position. As a small company, everyone wears a lot of hats, and this new employee will be helping us teach Rosie new tricks, while also working with Rosie to help perform all the various sales efforts for the company. Although we do have more retailers buying direct from us than ever before, the majority of our retailers buy our games through our network of distributors, and we never want to hard sell a store to buy direct. So the job is more about keeping everyone happy and well informed than it is about sales quotas, while still absolutely trying to increase sales.
