Thoughts from Kristin... January 2007
A look at our literature, focusing our Sales Partners on selling Fluxx and Treehouse

We just sent several beautiful new flyers to the printer, which will be the focus of our marketing efforts at Toy Fair and other industry trade shows this spring. As part of our efforts to sign on new Sales Partners, to introduce our games to new markets, we are focusing their efforts on just our biggest hit: Fluxx, and our latest hit: Treehouse.

But even within this focus, there are still quite a few products in these two lines...

On the Fluxx side...

With four great editions to choose from, which versions are right for your store?

  • Choose standard Fluxx for Hobby Game stores, and Toy Stores with significant game sections
  • Also go with standard Fluxx for religious markets interested in the Jewish and Christian expansions.
  • Try Family Fluxx for younger ages, and larger chains with less hands-on interaction with the customer
  • EcoFluxx is great for camping, environmental, and educational markets!
  • Pick Fluxx Espaņol for both Hispanic and educational markets - pitch to anyone learning Spanish in school!
On the Treehouse side...

Easy to learn, easy to sell - this new pyramid game is enjoyed by adults and young kids alike!

  • This game is Fluxx for the pyramids - A quick and easy game for 2-4 players.
  • Plays in 7 minutes! Retails for only $9! Available in two different color styles: Rainbow and Xeno
  • Treehouse is the first game of a larger gaming system known as Icehouse
  • The second game, Martian Coasters, is a zany race across a shifting grid of squares and arrows.
  • Playing with Pyramids is a fully illustrated 128 page book with rules to 12 more games!

We also just revamped the collection of games that comes with our colorful POP display yet again, and have a new flyer to promote this display - but we don't plan to heavily promote this at the shows this year.

We also have a new EDU brochure...

We are very pleased with the design of the flyer, but have not yet figured out exactly what we are going to do with printed copies of it... so we have not sent it to the printer yet. If you are an educator, or a retailer who sells to educators, and you wish copies of this flyer were available to help you promote our games - please let Carol know! Check out her new Looney Academy monthly column.

So there is our Literature update for early 2007. Our Tri-Fold Catalog and Micro Catalog are both still available, as well as the Fluxx Espaņol flyer we made when this version of Fluxx first came out.

Thanks for selling and promoting Looney Labs Games!
