This web site is powered by a MySQL database with interfaces built using PHP. We have taken great care at every step of the development process to safeguard our data so that no one who is not supposed to be looking at it can gain access to it.

We promise to always keep this information secure. We will retain your name and address in our customer database, and may communicate with you from time to time about our games, but please be assured that we will treat this customer information as private and confidential, and we will not disclose this information to other individuals or organizations.

Our shopping cart uses the highest levels of security, the industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), an advanced encryption technology that encrypts all of your personal information, including your credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be intercepted as the information travels over the Internet between your browser and our site. We collect your data securely, and will only use this data for the purpose of filling your order, or communication with you about your order.

Your credit card number is purged from our system when your order ships - when you come back to order again you will have to enter this information again.

NOTE: We have signed up with NetSuite Inc. to provide us with a complete Web-based application that gives us tools we need for such things as Customer Relationship Management, Order Processing, Shipping, Inventory, Accounting, our Shopping Cart, etc. We are still in the process of moving into this system, and when we complete the move we'll be turning off SuperFRED (our current custom solution). So you may start receiving communications from us via NetSuite as we continue the transition. When you get emails from us via NetSuite you may notice links in the email start with something like "http://nsvirtualurl.com/app/crm/marketing/campaignlistener.nl?" or "https://forms.netsuite.com/app/crm/marketing/campaignlistener.nl?" - this is legitimate and was sent by us. We DO NOT share this information with anyone, and it is not being used by NetSuite or any other 3rd party.

Looney Labs Return Policy

Within thirty (30) days of receipt of your shipment, you may return any products offered by us for a full refund. Unless we made a mistake on your order, you are responsible for return shipping, and the cost of the original shipping to you. If we did make a mistake, we will reimburse you for the shipping so the merchandise can be retrieved at our discretion.

If you visit or shop at www.looneylabs.com, you hereby acknowledge that you have read the following conditions and agree to be bound by them. Please print these Conditions using your computer's print function. Looney Labs provides its services to you subject to the following Conditions Of Use ("COU") which include its Privacy Policy, which may be updated by Looney Labs from time to time without notice to you. You can review the most current version of the COU at any time on this page. It is your obligation to check our COU and related policies and make yourself aware of any changes that may have been implemented.

Any deletions from, alterations, modifications, or additions to the COU shall not be binding to Looney Labs unless they are expressed in writing and accepted by a Looney Labs authorized representative. If you do not agree to abide by our COU then you are not allowed to use this site or any services provided by Looney Labs. If you don't agree to any future changes that may be made to these policies, then your remedy is to discontinue using this site and services provided by Looney Labs.

Any missing items or orders not received within 30 days by the purchaser or intended recipient must be reported to Looney Labs.

Placing an order does not enter into a contract with Looney Labs until the order is accepted. Looney Labs may choose to refuse the order, based on lack of inventory, pricing errors, or concerns about payment. Please read the Conditions Of Use for a full explanation of these items.
