College Park, MD – Looney Labs has released Monty Python Fluxx, the Looney-est version of their ever-popular
Fluxx ® card game based on the popular Monty Python ™ license. It’s the card game where the rules
change from one turn to the next. Help King Arthur and his Knights find the Holy Grail. Bring a Shrubbery to
the Knights who say Ni! Lob the Holy Hand Grenade at the Killer Rabbit – just do it quick before the rules of
the game change again! Whether you are a fan of Monty Python or not, you will love this new version of Fluxx
because it is fun, unpredictable, and great to play over and over again!
Monty Python Fluxx will be available in specialty stores everywhere starting in October, at a suggested retail
price of $20.00. This new version will fly off the shelves like catapulted cows!
In 1999, Fluxx won the prestigious Mensa Select award as one of the five best games of the year. Nearly
500,000 copies and nine years later, Fluxx is still one of the most popular card games in the hobby market
today. A game for 2-6 players, Fluxx begins with one basic rule: Draw one card, play one card. As cards are
played, new rules change the number of cards played, drawn, or even how many cards can be left in your hand
at the end of your turn! Fluxx is a great game for groups of mixed ages, as kids and adults alike can play each
other and remain competitive. Fluxx is available in English, German, Japanese and Spanish editions, as well as
spin-off versions Family Fluxx, Eco Fluxx, Zombie Fluxx and the brand-new Monty Python Fluxx. Christian
Fluxx and Jewish Fluxx expansions work with the original version, plus Fluxx Blanxx card packs are available,
allowing players to customize any version of the game with their own personal cards.
