I like games (please control your amazement). They have been a large part of my life growing up and much time spent with my family and later with friends has been spent playing games of various sorts. And I often credit game playing with contributing more to my education in many ways than school did. Games teach problem-solving, creativity, the ability to work within a defined set of rules, how to win and how to lose.
I used to play just about anything that anyone offered, just for the chance to play a game. Then I started going to Wunderland and discovered that some games were in fact a lot better than others. I also discovered that playtesting and designing games could be just as fun as playing them if you had the right people. I currently spend as much time as possible trying out the ideas of the various brilliant designers I am lucky enough to be surrounded by.
